At my studio, I believe fitness should be clear, accessible, and stress-free—starting with the price tag. Transparent rates mean no awkward surprises and no pressure. Just straightforward options to help you feel strong, confident, and in control—from day one.

All plans below start at a minimum of 8 sessions per month (training twice a week).

Individual training

Train with me one-on-one!

30-minute sessions start at $37.5 per session (min. 8 sessions)

45-minute sessions start at $50 per session (min. 8 sessions)

Semi-private training

Bring a friend or loved one and bond over fitness.

45-minute sessions for two people starting at $60 per session/$30 each (min. 8 sessions)

Small group training

Bring a group of people and save even more!

45-minute sessions for a group of 3-6 people starting at $20/person per session (min. 8 sessions)​​​
